The Watergap Resort's serene scenic beauty makes this ideal location to hold your church retreat, family reunion, wedding reception, business meeting or convention. We can comfortably accommodate up to 400 people for that special function you are planning. We can even expand our facilities to hold 600 people to accomodate your special needs. You can request special group events such as bonfires, barbeque parties and outdoor lunches

The mountains, woodlands and open spaces provide the perfect background for your wedding pictures. Our rustic country setting and convenient location make the Watergap Resort a great place to conduct business!

Our conference facilities offer five meeting rooms of varying capacities which provide seating for 800, 300, 250, 200 and 150 people. We also have lots of breakout rooms. Just give us a call and we will give you a tour of our facilities.

2004/2005 Group Rates

Cabanas and/or Main Building

* For Glenside Cabanas acommodations, add $20 more onto the above rates, per person, per night.

•  Rates are per person, includes registration fee, and are subject to change without notice.
   

• Deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm reservations, per person: Individual (non-transferable)-$30.00, Groups - 15% of the total amount.
   

•  A 25% surcharge will be added for single occupancy, space permitting.

•  Day visitors must register: $5.00/age 13-adult, $3.00/3-12 years.
   

•  All reservations are subject to cancellation after 8 p.m. unless the resort registration office is notified of a late arrival in advance.
